Welcome to www.pipapproach.com. This Website is part of Wageningen University & Research (WUR) and focuses on the PIP approach, an inclusive bottom-up approach that engages people in sustainable change. With this Privacy Statement,
WUR indicates which personal data is collected and for which purpose. In addition, you can read about your rights as a data subject and how to contact us.
WUR is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is processed in a transparent, lawful, and secure manner.
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it to us:
Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Newsletter subscription: your email address.
We do not use cookies or website analytics tools to track visitors.
We use your information only for the following purposes:
– To respond to your questions or messages submitted through the contact form.
– To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed.

The processing of personal data includes appropriate security measures.
WUR’s starting point is NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 27002:2017 to make sure that personal data is optimally secured. Additionally, WUR also monitors whether there are unlawful traffic or activities on the website.
As a general principle, WUR does not disclose your personal data to third parties, An important exception is the sharing of personal data when it is required under applicable law or in course of any legal proceedings. In that case, WUR must share data with authoritative bodies, for example with law enforcement. This will occur, however, under supervision of a privacy officer.
Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are used
